When purchasing, the first is the light decay test report, which is a very important link. At the time of bidding, each company will provide light decay test reports from different units. Some provide self-inspection by their own company, and some third-party inspections. Although the test results in this report are good, the actual light decay gap is huge. The reason is Everyone knows it, so how can we discern the authenticity with insight?
 
First of all, the test report is a designated organization recognized by the Semiconductor Alliance. For example, the Beijing Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Shanghai Electric Light Source Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, and the 13th Institute of Semiconductors, etc., the light decay of the test reports from these units is credible, and the street lamps used for road lighting have high power and generate large amounts of heat. Two problems are explained through the light decay test: the light decay is qualified and the power supply is off. If a street lamp can't pass the test in the laboratory, can the quality be guaranteed if it is still on the road?

Especially in the northern areas, where there is a lot of sand and smog, after a short period of outdoor use, the entire street lamp surface Covered with dust, its heat dissipation effect is greatly reduced. This is also one of the main culprits that LED street lights are not known to everyone.
 
According to this situation, the luminaire design must be transparent from top to bottom. Increase the heat dissipation area exponentially, because no street lamp management department will clean the radiator on time. In long-term use, it can only be washed by rain. After the area is increased, the effective heat dissipation area is reduced due to pollution. .
 
Light source part
 
Street light decay has a barrel effect, and it’s not good to have a short board. Light decay has troubled everyone for so many years. The problem here is that you can solve the luminous decay if you make the lamp radiator well. No, everyone started to discuss it in the past. Using low-power chip shell-type packaging, but high-power chips will not work. If the chip power is high, the heat cannot be dissipated. This is not the case. The COB package heat is more concentrated, and the aluminum bracket or copper bracket can completely solve the heat conduction problem.
 
But light decay is more difficult to control. The reason is that a good heat sink may not solve the problem of light decay of the light source. There is a big misunderstanding in the light source package. The COB light source silicon is too thick, and the thinner the silicone package should be, the better, which is convenient for the chip. The light-emitting surface dissipates heat, which is why the light decay of the COB light source is not well controlled.
